This form is intended solely for the purpose and function of a written contract, in order that all parties involved and undersigned will have an understanding prior to beginning any work requested. Thank you.
 | In the event of any disagreement or dissatisfaction with the performance of Webspin.net, or any agent thereof, (hereafter referred to as Webspin.net), Webspin.net shall be responsible and liable only to re-design, layout, and re-publish any portion or page, or to redo any contracted work performed by Webspin.net, which is deemed unsatisfactory for any reason. |
| Webspin.net shall not be held responsible, liable, nor accountable for any problems, malfunctions, failures, difficulties, troubles, or damage(s) occurring as a result directly, indirectly, or consequentially of any act or situation beyond the control of Webspin.net, to include, but not be limited to the following examples: excessive Internet traffic, server downtime, software-related problems, hardware-related problems, network (internal or external) problems, any situation or condition caused by an outside vendor or service, or any other situation or condition which is not a direct result of work performed by Webspin.net. |

| All recurring site fees begin on the date of contract signing, site contract is for 1 (one) year minimum. |
| Permission is granted to print, reuse, and duplicate any portion of your site, with the exceptions of work(s) belonging to Webspin.net, or any other outside services used, unless specifically granted. |
